Types of Presentations:

1. Poster Presentations: Poster papers will be posted on the walls and special stands in the lobby of the conference venue. In the conference schedule, there will be specific timeframes when all the authors of the poster papers will stand near their papers and answer questions from the audience. Poster papers are selected by the Conference Committee using a double-blind review process.
2. Oral Presentations: A 15-minute oral presentation will be given to authors of the best submitted abstracts to highlight the main themes of their researches. Up to four presentations will be grouped in a 60-90 minute session. An interactive period of discussion will follow each presentation.

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

• The body of the abstract should be limited to 800 words (excluding headings).
• Abstract should contain the following content sections: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions and Support (if Applicable).
• There is no limit on the number of abstracts an author may submit.
• The deadline to submit the abstracts is December 1, 2009 December 20, 2009.

All investigators will be notified on or near December 10, 2009 December 24, 2009 about acceptance of their abstracts. Additionally, please register for the conference if you wish to attend, even if you do not plan to submit an abstract, as we expect a large turnout.
