This Conference is scheduled for January 2009 in Tampa, Florida (MLK holiday weekend) from Saturday, Jan.17th to Sunday, Jan.18th, 2009. We have signed a contract with the Quorum Hotel in Tampa for our meeting and we have reserved a limited number of rooms with a favorable discounted price. Please schedule this meeting on your calendar and contact the hotel for your reservation.

Practical Information:

  • Friday January 16, 2009: Arrival, registration, meet and greet (Optional but Recommended).
  • Saturday January 17th.: Official opening, Conference and social activities.
  • Sunday January 18th.: Conference, social activities, reception and dinner party.
  • Monday January 19th.: Departure.

Number of reserved rooms with favorable price: 15 rooms / night.
Price: $ 119.00 (same price for Double or King Leisure). Normal Price: 179 and up.

Conference Registration Fee: (dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday are not included as they are optional and on your own)

1) Whole Event (Two days): $120.00 [covers the costs of: x2 breakfasts, refreshments, reception, party, conference (audio-visual devices, speakers, taxes and hotel services)].
2) Saturday ONLY: $60.00 (x1 breakfast, refreshment, conference).
3) Sunday ONLY: $80.00 (x1 breakfast, refreshment, conference, reception and party).
