1- Online registration with online payment (Highly recommended)
2- Online registration with off-line payment
3- Off-line registration with off-line payment

1- Online Registration with online payment

This is the recommended method of registration. It is fast, easy and secure. It usually takes less than five minutes. First you complete the registration form, then you will be directed to PayPal to pay your membership fee, and your account will be activated automatically as soon as your payment is complete. You can pay with any major credit card or your PayPal account. You don't have to have a PayPal account to pay with credit card. Click here to register using this method.  

2- Online registration with off-line payment

If you prefer to mail a check or Money order to pay your membership fee, then this is the method that you need. You will easily complete the registration form on our website, then you will print your invoice and send your payment via mail. Click here to register using this method.  

3- Off-line registration with off-line payment

To complete the registration form on a paper, please download the following form and follow the instruction on the form to send your membership fee. In order to view this file, you need Adobe Reader.
